How we work
Make an enquiry
This could be for a straight forward ‘off the shelf’ wheel or a completely bespoke design for a specialist project.
We have a huge database consisting of thousands of wheels we’ve supplied before and can usually match your requirement to an existing wheel. If not, we’ll make a new one!
Confirm your spec
We’ll take you through everything to ensure you’re happy with what you’re going to be receiving and talk you through any options you have.
Place order
That’s it, we know what you want and we’ll process the order.
Despatch
If it’s an off the shelf wheel, it’ll be despatched for next working day delivery. If it’s a manufactured wheel, we’ll advise the lead-time and ensure we stick to it, usually no more than 10 working days but often a lot quicker than this.
After sales
Our service doesn’t end when you receive the wheel. We’re always at the end of the phone/email for any help or advice.
